Meet Aaron Victor
Detroit native and son of two preachers, is a dynamic leader with a multifaceted career. Growing up as a “church kid,” he developed a deep faith and passion for serving others. A former Hall of Fame basketball player at Valparaiso University, Aaron’s competitive spirit has driven his success in various roles.
After over a decade in youth ministry, he transitioned to the corporate world, where he spent 18 years in the pharmaceutical industry, earning a Coach of the Year award and leading high-performing teams. Aaron’s leadership, marked by culture-building and team galvanization, led to significant success in 2022 and 2023.
His work with Willie Green, head coach of the New Orleans Pelicans, in running a basketball camp in Detroit, and his collaboration with UAW Ford to bridge generational gaps through social media, highlight his ability to inspire and connect. A gifted communicator and best-selling author,
Aaron’s latest book, Built For This: Why This Time is Different, has garnered significant attention. He empowers others through his weekly Instagram live sessions, offering practical guidance and support.
Aaron is a husband, mentor, and man of faith, whose unique experiences make him a compelling voice today. As a tribute to his late father, he goes by “Aaron Victor” online, using his middle name, which was his father’s first name.
